It is that time of year! Tennessee Valley Pride is well under way in planning this years PRIDE Festival. The date is set for October 6, 2013 and we would love have you back a vendor again this year.

This year we are planning on expanding the festival grounds and adding another stage. This will allow TVP to host more entertainment options and more than double the vendor area. We have also solved the unloading and loading issues that stressed everyone out this passed year. We are also including new advertising options to include radio, television, and marketing in nearby cities(Knoxville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville and Murfreesburo). This year, we are planning for attendance to reach at least 4000 and we want you to be involved.

We are currently accepting early registrations for booth and foor vendors. The deadline for early registration is April 30, 2013. I would also encourage you to consider a sponsorship package. They start at $300 and give you better booth placement, more advertising and better event marketing via online and social media sites. It also allows your organization to advertise to the LGBT community for the entire year and not just during the festival week. If you are interested in the benefits of sponsorship just let me know and I will be happy to meet with you and/or your organization.

We are always trying to improve the registration process – so this year we have set up everything online. You will be able to purchase booth spaces, tables, tents and chairs all on line using your credit or debit cards. I would like to point out a two things.

1) Newly passed regulations allow merchants to charge for the use of a credit card. TVP will never charge for the use of a credit card.

2) Early registration for this years festival ends on April 30, 2013. This year we are adding one free table and chair to your order when you purchase during the early registration period.

Chattanooga, TN, January 13, 2013: The Board of Tennessee Valley Pride, Inc is pleased to announce the 2013 Executive Board of Directors. The Executive Board was approved by unanimous vote during the January 13, 2013 Meeting.  The 2013 Executive Board is as follows. .

The Executive Board is eager to start planning the calendar of events and outlining the 2013 budget. Complete details of events will be made available within the next few weeks.
